Bio

Geek from WAY back, but also into sports, and am an avid (no, voracious) book reader. (My book blog: http://bibliofilebk.blogspot.com) I work for a private company as a software developer, primarily targeting web-delivered applications. I mostly use C#, but am interested in learning Ruby, PHP & other related languages.

Career

Started in the field as a TA in grad school. Then taught at Eastern Washington Univerisity for 5 years. In 1997 I left academia to co-found a web consulting company. This company was acquired by my current employer abou 6 years ago.
