I am in a PhD program for forestry (WVU)
Career
I am a research forester in the US Forest Service. I guess I would be considered in a “soft” science being in natural resources, but I do work on research that is geared toward discovery of basic knowledge and applied knowledge. I have also worked on a national forest as a forester and forest ecologist.
